RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

GOLFession is committed to provide you the perfect personalised member journey for your membership purchases. All orders will be repeatedly reviewed on product qualities and packaging before deliveries to avoid damages during delivery processes. If products received are incorrectly delivered, damaged, defective, unsealed or with other problems, we will handle the returning and refunding for you.

PRODUCT
Return Request
1. In order to request refunds or to replace products, please contact our Customer Service via our live chat within 7 days after the delivery date.
2. Please provide us with your order ID, product name, quantity, and detailed reason for returning in the return request; our Customer Service will contact you within 7 working days, except the products that have “No Returns or Exchanges”.
3. If products are damaged or defective, missent or missed delivered, we will ask you to provide relevant information such as clear photos of the damages or missent products according to situations.
4. If products are returned due to personal reasons, then the delivery fees must be borne by customers.

Delivery on Return
When returning products, original packaging and products must be included once. In the event of any defects, customers will not be fully refunded.
If products are not returned within 7 working days after return requests are approved, then the return requests will be cancelled.

Complete the Return and Exchange Process
We will notify you about the refunds or replacements via emails or other methods after receiving and checking the returned packages.
For returned products that are declared unopened, our Customer Service will check them after receiving the returned products. Once they are confirmed to be intact, customers will be refunded or given with replacements.
Deliveries of replacement products will be arranged in a timely manner after the returned products have been checked, as well as considerations of the inventory availability.
Customers’ refunds will be credited into their e-wallets* by following our standard refund processes. They can take up to 10 working days to process after the products are received. Members can make their next purchases with these credits.
*Please note that these credits are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Circumstances Where a Return Is Not Allowed:
1. Product quality problems and damages caused by unauthorised misuse, your own personal misuse, negligences, accidents, incorrect installations, improper storages, torn up or altered labels, damaged machine serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting marking, etc.
2. If the goods are not returned in good and proper conditions.

SERVICE
For members of our coaching sessions, prepaid coaching service fees are non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable in any circumstances.
All appointments for training can be directly scheduled between coaches and members. Golf coaching services expire 6 months from the date of purchase if they are not utilised.
Subsequently, if members were to reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, they must directly contact the coaches at least 48 hours in advance before the scheduled appointments.

EVENT
If members are unable to attend an event, they must cancel at least 5 days before the event for a full refund. Their refund will be credited into their e-wallets* following our standard refund process. It may take up to 10 working days to process. Members can make their next purchases with these credits.
*Please note that these credits are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
For our members, prepaid physiotherapy fees are non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable in any circumstances.
All appointments for physiotherapies can be directly scheduled between service vendors and members. Physiotherapy services expire 3 months from the date of purchase if they are not utilised.
Subsequently, if members were to reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, they must directly contact the service vendors at least 48 hours in advance before the scheduled appointments.
